This trek will off very early in the morning in order to view the mesmerizing sunrise view from Sarangkot Hill. The hill welcomes us with a majestic view of the Himalayan range and an extended view of the whole Pokhara Valley. During Sarangkot Trek, we will be embraced by the small villages, where people of different ethnic group inhabits. By noon, we will head towards Dhampus village. This village is famed for the culture and tradition of the Gurung society along with the spellbinding view of the Annapurna range and Annapurna mountain. The Dhampus Village trek mostly abides by the Gurung culture and tradition so, we get a peek at the typical livelihood of the Gurung people. Pleasant hike up to Australian Base Camp with Ananda
Had a great experience with Ananda in this 2d/1n hike. The hike-up takes up 3 to 4 hours on day one, low difficulty level. Ananda is a knowledgeable n experienced guide, he knew most of the fauna along the way n the tracks very well. He is also multilingual, humorous, helpful n attentive. He even offered to assist to carry mu backpack when the path is steep up. I got to know more on Nepalese livelihood via this hike. The Annapurna alps view at the Base camp especially during dawn n dusk are simply breathtaking... more so with Ananda as the skilled photographer. Thanks Ananda for the memorable trips
